After we receive your inquiry, a member of our team will review the details and reach out to schedule an initial phone or video call. This call is typically 20 to 30 minutes and covers your goals, your property, your budget range, and our availability.
If the project is a fit for both parties, we move into a paid discovery phase. Discovery includes a site visit, a detailed project brief, preliminary design direction, and a budget framework. This phase is where the scope, expectations, and working relationship are established before any construction contract is signed.
